When Things Happen
To cancel your spot for any reason, please contact us at least 24hrs before your gathering. Request to be placed on our waitlist if you wish to participate at another time. Or if you are a member, download the app to easily cancel and join the waitlist from your member account. Be sure to understand parking for the venue and allow time to park before start. Allow time for parking, arrival and after course. Please arrange and pay, if necessary, for own parking and transport to and from the event. Please understand all responsibility for parking and transport are your responsibility. Refreshments; tea, coffee, water and light refreshments are provided during the time of the gathering. Please understand if you have a specific dietary requirement, you are welcome to bring either something to share or for you exclusively. While all care is taken, we cannot guarantee exclusive dietary needs due to the shared nature of the kitchen. While all efforts are taken to ensure comfort while attending please bring anything you require to ensure you have a comfortable time Look forward to sharing something colourful :)
