The Full Story

In November, during an AURA-SOMA gathering with Kathleen, I the earth's movements as I gazed out my window. This has become a daily observation. To ensure the earth's long-term sustainability, needs to expand, which might take a million years. Each time I observe its heaving, it energetically indicates its desire to shift. We cannot remain here while this transformation occurs, as it could potentially alter the's axis and orbit, bringing it closer to the sun, thus posing risks life on our planet.

We are gently encouraged to embrace our true selves during this lifetime and to leave the earth in harmony with the order of creation. Many have already accomplished this and await their transition, prepared for a new perspective as the earth fulfills its purpose and begins its expansion. shifts are gradual yet hopeful, not overwhelming at present. Our readiness to depart as a unified nature ensures a smooth transition to our new vantage point. The best way to support this development is through the product you intuitively choose. At AURA-SOMA, we emphasize self-selection, which is essential for restoring our whole nature. Remain hopeful as you engage in your INNER REALM work. After spending four incredible days, I was amazed not only by the opportunities that lay before me but also by the chance to share this potential with my family and loved ones. I still vividly recall the bottles they chose and the burdens they released. I supported them as they applied the colours they selected, and the results they shared after taking time for themselves were truly remarkable. Each of them wrote letters about their experiences to me, they felt deeply transformed. These moments are treasures I cherish, and wish the same for you and your loved ones.

One way to visualise letting go is to see yourself as a muscle, holding tension, hanging on for dear life. It can feel like you’re an island, convinced that this experience encompasses everything. Muscles hold tension through the action of tendons and ligaments. A muscle adds mass to what we see as physical strength. A muscle does not have the ability to hold anything.

Imagine visualizing the act of letting go by viewing yourself as a muscle, tightly holding onto tension as if clinging for survival. It may seem like you're isolated, believing that this experience defines everything. Muscles retain tension through the fascia and supported by the tendons and ligaments, contributing to what we perceive as physical strength. However, a muscle itself cannot hold onto anything.

True strength arises from the bones, the integrity and structure of the body, the communication of the fascia and the condition of the tendons flexibility ligaments. It is in combination that we can stand upright, walk, lift, carry and offer something we call strength. The muscles are where we see the result of all these things. It is not the foundation where the decision to hold on was first initiated.

So potentially with that in mind, if you find yourself experiencing things that make you, the muscle, hold tension indefinitely or over and over. This could be patterns or ways to thinking, ways of reacting, ways of feeling. So it forms around you the architecture to hold on more, create, draw to you situations and things to reinforce the strength of your experience. Everything appears to be designed to keep you in this form of tension. It is you holding the structure.

If you consider this perspective, you notice that certain experiences lead you to hold tension repeatedly or indefinitely. Mind, body or soul. This could manifest as patterns in thought, reaction, or feeling. Consequently, you build a framework encouraging you to hold on more; attracting situations that reinforce this experience. Ultimately, everything seems to be structured to maintain this tension, with you as the one holding the form.

The Dalai Lama said something along the lines of : If you have a problem and you can do something about it, then do not worry. If you have a problem and someone else can do something about it, then do not worry. If you have a problem and nobody can do anything about it, then do not worry.

When it appears there is nothing you can do, you have stretched you, the tense muscle, out sooo far to the limit of the structure. When there is only one thing to do. That is to; Let go, let go, let go. Then let go more.
