What the Session is about

Life isn't always a smooth line from beginning to end. We create many paths, walk through and with, many lives and at times we encounter people and situations that feel out of faze or in direct conflict. Conflict makes you angry, feel as if you are not you, you feel you don't really recognise yourself and you act in ways that make you feel angry at yourself, those you love and those you work with. A little like you are 'beside yourself.' This isn't new to our time or our community. Ho'Oponopono is a Hawaiian ceremony. It is a bit like shaman intervention for family and community to settle conflict by inviting peace, clearing the air, embracing forgiveness and letting go of the situation. Conflict and the energy of conflict stops you finding resolution even if you cannot see resolution or an answer. The energy of Peace passes all understanding. Ho'Oponopono is allowing the higher will , the incomprehensible energy of Great Spirit into the situation. It is to touch a place of humility within and allow the greater part of yourself to let go and allow resolution. This evening gathering is a guided ceremony which is known to work in mysterious ways.
