What the Session is about
Just one hour a week for letting go, visualisation, stillness and peace. These sessions are formulated from traditional practices to encourage the body to relax. With the body in relaxation, this is where the whole system has the space for healing, cell replacement and mental re-set., to name a few benefits. During the hour we practice techniques which over time extend benefits to the whole wellbeing and the added benefit to ripple 'good vibes' beyond our own personal space into the environment and beings we share it with. These practices are encouraged to practice in your own space and time other than in the class, however it is not a requirement. These are offered as tools for quality of life in any life situation beyond class time, as and when needed. These are online sessions via Zoom over a 10 week course. There is no obligation and you can attend as many sessions as you require. On a come and go basis. The sessions follow a scheduled format in a grassroots and casual setting. There is no requirement to any participant to have the perfect meditation space, just the time to allow yourself to let go into the process for one hour a week.
