What the Session is about
An hour a week for letting go, stillness, visualisation and peace. Online classes only. Be early to start on time at 6:30pm. Be comfy and feel relaxed. Be Comfy: ensure you feel comfortable in your clothes. Please Bring: A comfy upright chair, a yoga mat if you have one, no stress if you don't. Water to drink. The Four Things: Letting go: Use techniques for awakening the body and initiate present awareness. This helps 'loosen' the day, let go of the little things and awaken receptivity. Stillness: Use easy posture of meditation from the Taoist tradition in stillness with awareness encouraging the body to be more open. With open-ness comes receptivity. Visualisation: Taking the body mind connection from present conscious to potential wholeness/universal connection. Peace: With the potential of whole body universal connection, offer the intention for this to expand in the energy of peace, to yourself and others, environment, and things. Go Home Relaxed/Take with you a sense of Relaxation : Practice as little or as often as you like, knowing that oneness is a memory the whole body embraces. Enjoy the embrace. Once a month we will include techniques for releasing emotional states. What do you need to know about meditation? 1. There are no wrong or right ways to do it, there are just ways. 2. The more often you do it the better/easier it becomes, a bit like a muscle. 3. Everybody can do it, most of us have done it whether we realise it or not.
