What to Expect Chakra Colour Massage is time and space for relaxing into the remembering of you. A tool for letting go of situations and things that no longer uplift your energy. May support a better way to view situations and basically just feel relaxed and restored as you re-fill your energy. Using unique colour products, designed and with a track record of beneficial effect' gently spiralled into the energy centres of the body, the Chakras. Just as electricity, or sound or light has a specific frequency so does each the seven Chakras of the body. All frequency is colour . At times we live in situations and particular emotional states that may, over time, diminish or over-work the Chakras. With time it may have a potential imbalance effect to The colour is gently massaged, first on the back along the spine from base to crown, then the front again from base to crown. While working along the front, the second layer of colour is added at each chakra area. This stage is compatible with the electromagnetic system of the body and offers an energetic 'protection' to help sustain energetic integrity beyond the time on the table.  In the final stages while the body is at rest, another two layers of colour are added which bring a consolidation of the frequencies.  Aligning with the body's etheric/spirit dimension and into the angelic dimension. This also couples with colour essence that acts as a bridging effect of the energy layers of the body.  The body now completely at rest, in a restoring and receptive phase. The feet are gently rubbed with oils to ensure grounding and a supportive connection with in the environment you walk through Added are supportive sound frequencies, working together as a gentle awakening to bring you back to the present. The massage generally takes from 1.5 hours to 2 hours.  One of the most humbling and gracious tools that is available for people to bring balance back to mind, body and emotions.
